SLEEP SAFELY WITH YOUR BABY
A side bed may only be used next to an adult bed when they are properly attached to each other. Short safety straps are included with the purchase of newer models such as Sidosäng Oslo and Sidosäng Sun 2020 from Troll Nursery. The straps ensure that the crib does not move away from the parents' bed. This accessory with a safety strap that is 5.4 meters long makes it possible to attach the child's bed to an adult bed even when the headboard is missing. Once the straps are fitted, the cot can be easily and securely attached and removed.
IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY WITH SIDE BED:
Remember to never leave your child unattended when the long side is down/open. Even when you sleep next to it, the long side must be folded up/closed.
Also make sure to change the bed as soon as your baby starts moving and pulling up. The bed must no longer be used when the child can sit, kneel or stand up.
Do not use as a separate bed without the safety belts/straps provided. These are mounted between the adult bed and the cot as described.
