Generally

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent's permission. All our prices include VAT.

Price and assortment changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices before an order is processed in the event of changes in taxes, currencies and/or fees.

We reserve the right to make changes to the range and have the right to remove or change items in the range before a purchase has been completed. If a completed order cannot be delivered, we will inform the customer of this and cancel and refund the order to the customer.

Product information

We reserve the right to make misprints, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations as well as possible final sales. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order has been processed. We work to make our images as representative as possible and in line with reality. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. All goods marketed and presented in the online store are in stock (unless otherwise stated). Stock status is updated regularly, and we reserve the right to make minor deviations. Our offers, sales, campaigns and discounts are valid while stocks last unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

When you put items in the shopping cart and go to the checkout, it is clear which payment method applies, whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and which VAT rate applies in the current case. Delivery takes place within 2–5 days, unless it is specified in the order that the delivery time is longer.

For you as a private person, there may be additional costs for shipping, in addition to the price. These are then listed in the checkout. There are normally no additional charges, but if so, this will be indicated during the ordering process.

In the online store, goods may be marked with a delivery indication. We reserve the right to remove undeliverable items from your order with a price deduction for the same. If you wish to cancel an item due to a delivery delay, this can be done until the order has been executed, that is, an invoice or shipping document has been created. Part of the delivery takes place only at your request and entails extra shipping costs for you.

When you place your order, it is indicated at checkout which delivery method applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you entered when ordering is correct. Please note that you cannot change the delivery address afterwards.

NOT COLLECTED PACKAGE

It is your responsibility as the buyer to pick up your order at the notified drop-off location within the specified time. If you are unable to receive the package upon delivery or do not collect your package at the drop off location, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you for shipping and administration costs, see below for current prices. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unclaimed packages.

Handling fee package via agent: 10 EUR + return shipping

Handling fee for home delivery: 20 EUR + return shipping

If you know that you will not be able to collect the package within the time frame when it is with the agent, contact us and we will try to extend the time so that you have time to collect your package before it is returned to us and you are obliged to pay back.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR PRIVATE PERSONS)

Our ambition is to give you as much information as possible via text, images and sometimes moving material so that you can get as clear a picture of the product(s) as possible. Together, we can work to avoid sending back goods unnecessarily and thereby burdening our environment. For this reason, we do not offer free shipping on returns. A large part of our range consists of large, heavy or unwieldy products, which means that the shipping cost in these cases is very high. See the "Return shipping" section below to get an idea of ​​what the product groups cost in return shipping for you as a consumer.

Even though you have made your purchase, there may of course be several reasons why you still want to return your purchase. Of course, you then have the opportunity to use your right of withdrawal within 14 days, which you have the right to exercise according to the Distance Contracts Act. Please note, however, that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have ordered an item that has been manufactured according to your instructions or that has been specially manufactured in some other way. Also note that you are responsible for the return shipping, as mentioned above. You may also be required to pay for a reduction in the value of a product to the extent that this is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its characteristics or function.

If you are not satisfied with the product, we appreciate your feedback.

The cooling-off period begins on the day the item is delivered to your agent or to your home. If you have ordered several items or if the item you ordered consists of several parts, the cancellation period begins when you have received the last item and the last part of the item, respectively.

If you regret your purchase, the product must be returned unused, in undamaged condition and with unbroken packaging/seal/technical seal. The product must be protected with the original outer packaging so that it is not damaged during transport.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the instructions under the "Complaints and returns" tab. We check that the conditions required to be able to use the right of withdrawal are met. You will then receive a reply via email from us with information on how to return the item. It is important that you follow these instructions - use the return code and the return shipping slip you are assigned. If you choose to send the item back in a way other than via the return waybill/freight that we have booked for you - you will have to pay additional surcharges, such as the increased shipping cost. Please note that we do not accept packages without a specified return code.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days from the day we received your return.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your transport package is damaged upon receipt, it is important that it is noted on your shipping document as a note. If transport damage occurs, it is your responsibility to report the damage to us within a reasonable time. Contact us as soon as possible after you discover the damage. It is important that you carefully examine your products immediately upon receipt. Please note that you must not use the damaged product and that you must keep the original packaging so that the entire package and product can be inspected when we process the case. Take photos of the transport damage and attach them to your contact with our customer service. Follow the instructions under "Complaints and Returns".

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

If the item you have received is incorrect or if you have had the wrong item sent to you, please contact our customer service at [contact details].

Please note that complaints must be made at the retailer where the product was purchased. We are unable to exchange or refund an item purchased from another retailer.

Important! A return or complaint note must always be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint form are not accepted. This means that we do not credit goods that do not have specified return codes.

An unredeemed package does not count as a return. Read more about this in our terms of purchase.

Instructions:

This instruction applies to all types of returns. It is important that you fill in all fields in the respective documentation. The return code is valid for 14 days, and the return must be received by us within these days.

We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and checked.

When returning, all products must be returned in their original packaging and complete with all accessories. Remember to always send the product with extra packaging so that it is not damaged during transport. Package the goods well to avoid damage. Attach a copy of the return confirmation to the return and send it to us.

Cookies

A cookie is a text file sent from a website, e.g. Demo Web shop, to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used, for example, to store login information and your shopping cart when you browse around with us. If your browser is set not to accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our website. You can easily change this in the settings of your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
